Male escort in Amsterdam’s 5-star hotels: a discreet male companion for your suite
Staying at the Amstel, The Dylan, the Conservatorium, the Waldorf Astoria or the Pulitzer? Practical, discreet tips for a visit from an independent male escort and gigolo.

Short answer: Yes. As an independent male escort, I can visit you at a 5-star hotel in Amsterdam, such as the InterContinental Amstel, The Dylan, the Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium, the Waldorf Astoria or the Pulitzer. You book the room in your own name and I come to it as your visitor, dressed so I blend in with the lobby. I have no partnership with any hotel. Dates start from €120, and discretion is the whole point: a first name is enough, and I don’t greet you if we meet again by chance.
A male companion who fits the hotel you chose
If you’ve booked one of Amsterdam’s grand hotels, you’ve chosen a certain kind of evening. Thick carpets, quiet corridors, a bar where nobody raises their voice. The last thing you want is a visitor who looks out of place, or a situation at reception that makes you feel watched.
I’m Milan, an independent male escort and gigolo for women and couples aged 21 and over. I work for myself, without an agency, and I travel to Amsterdam from my base between Brabant and Utrecht. This page is about one specific situation: you’re staying at a 5-star or luxury hotel in Amsterdam and you’d like a discreet male companion to join you there, for a drink, dinner, a few hours in your suite or the whole night.
If you’re looking for the general rules on escort visits to Amsterdam hotels, neighbourhood by neighbourhood, read male escort at your Amsterdam hotel. This page goes one step further and looks at the hotels themselves: how they work, what to expect at the door, and how to plan an evening that feels as polished as the place you’re staying in.
First, an honest note: no hotel partnerships
I have no arrangement, partnership or special agreement with any of the hotels on this page. None of them recommends me, and I don’t recommend them in exchange for anything. I mention them because they are the hotels women and couples ask me about, and because knowing a little about each one helps you plan.
The details below come from the hotels’ own websites and public information, checked on 27 October 2026. Restaurants and bars change; if something matters to you, check it with the hotel before you book.
How a visit to a 5-star hotel works
- You book the room, in your name. I come to your room as your guest. I never book a hotel room myself to receive someone; in Amsterdam, as everywhere in the Netherlands, an independent escort visits the client, not the other way around.
- Send me the hotel and a time. A room number isn’t necessary in advance. When I arrive I message you, and you tell me the room or come down to meet me.
- Meet in the bar first, if you like. A drink downstairs is a natural, relaxed way to start. To anyone watching, we are two people having a drink.
- I dress for the hotel. Smart and understated: a good shirt or knitwear, dark trousers, clean shoes. Nothing that draws attention.
- Staying overnight? Some hotels charge per guest or want everyone who stays the night to be registered. Check your booking, and add a second guest if needed. That’s between you and the hotel; it’s nobody else’s business why.
Luxury hotels are, in my experience, the easiest places to be discreet. Staff are trained not to ask questions and not to notice. Visitors come and go all evening: friends for dinner, colleagues for a drink. Nobody at a good front desk will ask you who your visitor is.
The Amsterdam rules, in short
Hiring an independent male escort for a hotel visit is legal in the Netherlands between consenting adults. The City of Amsterdam explains on its page for clients of sex workers that you, as a client, are responsible for checking that the person you meet is working voluntarily and is of age. With me, that’s simple: I work for myself, I’m in my thirties and nobody takes a cut.
Two practical consequences for hotels:
- The room is yours. I visit you in a room you have booked. Hotels are private property and their house rules apply, but a guest receiving a visitor is the most ordinary thing in the world.
- Nothing happens in public spaces. The bar, the lobby and the spa are for drinks and conversation. Everything else stays behind your door.
The longer explanation, with sources, is on is hiring a gigolo legal in the Netherlands and on male escort at your Amsterdam hotel.
Amsterdam’s 5-star hotels: practical, discreet tips
These are the hotels I’m asked about most. For each one: where it is, what’s worth knowing, and how I’d plan the evening.
InterContinental Amstel Amsterdam
Professor Tulpplein 1 · on the Amstel river
The grande dame of Amsterdam hotels, opened in 1867 on the banks of the Amstel. It’s slightly away from the busiest streets, which helps: arriving by taxi or on foot along the river is calm. The hotel has its own health club with an indoor pool for guests.
My tip: a drink in the Amstel Lounge, behind the lobby and overlooking the river, then up to your room. It’s a hotel that suits a slow evening.
The Dylan
Keizersgracht 384 · Nine Streets
A boutique hotel in a 17th-century canal house on the Keizersgracht, in the Nine Streets area. Restaurant Vinkeles, in the hotel’s former 18th-century bakery, holds two Michelin stars and serves dinner Tuesday to Saturday. Bar Brasserie OCCO is more relaxed, and there’s a secluded garden.
My tip: small and intimate, so you rarely cross many other guests in the corridors. Ideal for women who value privacy above everything.
Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium
Paulus Potterstraat 50 · Museum Quarter
Housed in a former music conservatory in the Museum Quarter, a few minutes’ walk from the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh Museum and the Concertgebouw. Its restaurant Taiko serves Asian cuisine, and the Akasha spa is open to outside guests on weekdays only, from Monday to Thursday.
My tip: a museum afternoon on your own, then dinner together. The area is quiet in the evening, which makes the walk back relaxed.
Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam
Herengracht 542–556 · Golden Bend
Six 17th-century canal palaces on the Herengracht, joined into one hotel. Its two-Michelin-star restaurant Spectrum closed at the end of May 2026; the hotel has said a new concept will follow. For now there’s Goldfinch Brasserie, the Vault Bar and the Peacock Lounge.
My tip: the Vault Bar is perfect for a first drink: dark, quiet and very private.
Pulitzer Amsterdam
Prinsengracht 315–331 · Nine Streets
Twenty-five connected canal houses between the Prinsengracht and the Keizersgracht, full of hidden corridors and small courtyards. Restaurant Jansz. and the Art Deco Pulitzer’s Bar are both on site.
My tip: the maze of corridors is charming and very discreet. Send me your room number once I’m inside, rather than meeting at reception.

De L’Europe · Sofitel The Grand · Hotel Okura
De L’Europe sits on the Amstel by the Munt tower, Sofitel Legend The Grand is in the old city centre and Hotel Okura is in Amsterdam Zuid, near the RAI. The same approach works everywhere: you book, I visit, and nothing about it needs to be explained.

Planning the evening
An evening in a hotel like these deserves a little thought. A few options that work well:
- Two hours (€200): a drink downstairs, then time together in your room. Enough for a first date.
- Three to four hours (€300–400): dinner in the hotel restaurant or nearby, a walk along the canals, then back to your room. This is the classic choice for a hotel date in Amsterdam.
- Overnight (€600): the evening, the night and breakfast. If you’re only in Amsterdam for a few days, it’s the most unhurried option. Read more on {a(E[“overnight”],”overnight with a male escort”)}.
- Couples pay the same rate. Everything is agreed with both of you beforehand; see {a(E[“couplesams”],”couples visiting Amsterdam”)}.
If you’d like to eat out, I can suggest a quiet restaurant near your hotel. Dinner with a male companion is simply dinner with a well-dressed man; no one at the next table knows or cares.

Discretion in a luxury hotel
At this level, discretion isn’t a bonus, it’s the minimum. A first name is enough. I don’t ask which company booked your room, I don’t take photos, I keep no records and I never message after a date unless you do. If we happen to see each other again, in the same hotel bar a year later or in the street, I won’t greet you or look your way unless you greet me first.
I won’t help anyone deceive a partner. If you’re in a relationship and you’re here together, as a couple, you’re very welcome.
